Welcome to Arogyagpt, operated by Invision Healthtech Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.arogyagpt.shop), mobile application, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

  • “Services” – AI-based health consultations, doctor appointments, medicine delivery, lab bookings, and related digital healthcare offerings.
  • “Content” – All information, data, text, images, audio, or other material displayed or transmitted on the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Misuse the Platform for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purposes.
  • Submit false or misleading health or personal information.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform functionality.
  • Use automated tools or bots to scrape data or content.

Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Arogyagpt.
  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Nature of AI Consultation

Arogyagpt provides AI-generated health insights for informational purposes only. It does not replace professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor before making medical decisions.

The Company is not liable for any adverse outcomes arising from reliance solely on AI recommendations.

5. Doctor and Partner Interactions

All doctors, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies listed on Arogyagpt are independent service providers.

Arogyagpt acts only as a digital intermediary between users and healthcare providers.

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of advice, prescriptions, or services delivered by third-party providers.

6. Payments and Fees

  • Payments for subscriptions, consultations, or lab bookings must be made via the Platform’s authorized payment gateways.
  • Arogyagpt charges a small service or commission fee on doctor consultations, medicine delivery, and diagnostic bookings.
  • All payments are non-refundable once a service is initiated, except in specific cases approved by the Company.

7. Subscription Model

Users can access premium features via a monthly or yearly subscription plan. Failure to renew the plan may result in restricted access to premium services such as:

  • AI-powered health assistant
  • Personalized health records
  • Priority doctor consultations

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, source code, AI models, and design elements, are owned by Invision Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from the Company.

9. Data Privacy

Your personal and health data are protected as per our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and processing practices described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Arogyagpt and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • The Company makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service or complete accuracy of AI outputs.
  • All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

11. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach any of these Terms, or
  • Your actions are harmful to the Company or other users.

Upon termination, all licenses and access privileges will immediately cease.

12. Third-Party Links

Arogyagpt may include links to third-party websites or applications. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Users should review third-party terms independently.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kanpur.
